Using a modified version of the Source engine - the one behind the critically acclaimed Half-Life 2 - you can use a number of head gestures to control the game.

A program allowing the Wiimote to emulate a keyboard and mouse. As its main feature, it boasts the ability to allow the Wiimote to aim across multiple sensor bars. This provides the user with a much greater aiming range. In addition to this, its controls are full scriptable, allowing the user to use the Wiimote and Nunchuk's buttons and motion features.

VR:Source, The Half-Life 2 Engine Modified for a Virtual Reality Theatre
A modification of Valve's Source engine which features the ability to aim independently from looking around, using a bounding box system. It also features an altered viewing perspective to make it display naturally within a two walled virtual reality theatre.
Note: when Valve port one of their older games to the new Source engine they follow naming convention of adding ":Source" to the end of the name, hence the name VR:Source.
